German watchmaker NOMOS has launched new Tangente and Tetra limited edition watches. The brand promises to donate £ 100 to MSF for every limited edition watch sold to support the charity’s project activities.
The new watch is paired with black hands (instead of blue steel hands) and red ’12’ numbers. Red is also a signature color for MSF and emergency rescue. In addition, the bottom of the dial and the case back are decorated and engraved with the words ‘DoctorsWithoutBorders’.
NOMOS ‘donation will help MSF conduct charity work in conflict, famine and disease areas. NOMOS claims that with the money, four malnourished children can receive one month of assistance and buy 12 packs of wound dressings or 5 emergency tents for the family.
It is reported that Tangente watches cost 1,560 to 1,660 pounds, equivalent to about 14,000 to 14,800 yuan; Tetra watches cost 1,520 pounds, equivalent to about 13,600 yuan. (Photo / Wen Watch House Xu Chaoyang)?
