1. You have many years of experience as a watch company. As far as you are concerned, what is the concept and connotation of clocks today that are different from decades ago?

Omega has been in China for many years and we have built a very good reputation here. Our Chinese team is very good, they have a very deep understanding of the market. Currently, we have hundreds of flagship stores in China, allowing us to introduce our products directly to a large customer base.
3. What do you think of the phenomenon that Chinese people purchase watches in large quantities overseas, and whether domestic watch operation and sales have adjusted or responded to this problem?
With the popularity of international tourism and business travel, people are bound to buy watches and other luxury goods overseas. I also mentioned before that our network of flagship stores in China is very large and is still developing, which means that our Chinese customers can buy Omega products locally. Of course, we are also very happy to welcome them to our flagship stores around the world when traveling overseas.
4. Are you satisfied with the current performance of Omega in the Chinese market? What surprises will Omega bring to Chinese consumers this year?
Omega has always been a market leader in China, and we are proud to achieve such success. Over the next year, we strive to maintain or even increase our existing market share. Omega’s new products are very outstanding, I believe they will resonate in the Chinese market.
5. Omega launched a breakthrough antimagnetic watch last year. Will this technology be widely used in new watches? What is the next research direction of Omega?
Your question is very timely. In fact, this year we are all equipped with the ‘Master Co-Axial Calibres’ in the men’s and women’s watch series, these movements use true anti-magnetic technology. Over time, all Omega’s unique coaxial movements will be fully antimagnetic. We will also continue our research on new materials and processes, especially in the fields of ceramics and alloys.
